Run Your Agency. Manage Every Client. Under Your Brand.

Bring client lead management and website workflows together in one platform designed for growing agencies.

What gets in the way

The work agencies describe before they ask for one place to run client sites and follow-ups.

Leads sit in inboxes

A form on a client site, a spreadsheet, and a personal inbox rarely stay in step. The next follow-up depends on whoever remembers it.

Each client site is a separate login

Agencies that host several small-business sites spend time jumping between tools just to see who enquired.

The brand on the site is yours to set

Clients expect the website to carry your logo and their domain. A shared generic login page does not do that.

How the work moves

Agency account, then a client site, then the enquiry, then the follow-up.

1

Agency account

We create the agency account with you. There is no public self-serve signup.

2

Client site

Add a client website with its own domain, logo, and theme.

3

Enquiry

A visitor submits the contact form on that site. It becomes a contact on that site.

4

Follow-up

Assign the contact, add a note, and set the next follow-up.

5

Status

Review contact status and notes for that client site.

What you can use

These are the pieces that exist in the product today.

Client sites on their domain

Each client website is its own site, with its own domain, logo, and theme. Mail from that site can use noreply@that-domain once sending is set up and the domain’s SPF record allows it.

Contacts and follow-ups

Contacts keep notes, an assignee, a status, and follow-up dates. Your staff see the sites they belong to.

Website enquiries

The contact form on a client site creates a contact on that site, so the enquiry is not only an email.

Websites and commerce

Client sites include pages, a catalog, and checkout where you turn those on. See websites.

Voice calling, when enabled

Voice AI is a separate addon. Calls are usage priced. It is not included as unlimited. See Voice AI.

WhatsApp, when enabled

WhatsApp uses the Meta Cloud API when the addon is on. Template and conversation charges are separate. See apps.

Commercial terms

Commercial terms are a percentage commission. The percentage is agreed in discussion.

Security and privacy

What the product actually does with agency and client data.

Separate client sites

Each client website is its own site. Staff open the sites they are assigned to. One agency’s contacts are not listed on another agency’s site.

Access by role

Agency and site staff sign in with roles. A person who is not on the site does not get the contact list for that site.

Shared application database

Sites share one application database. Isolation is enforced in the application by site, not by a separate database per client. We do not claim a security certification on this page.

Frequently asked questions

How does onboarding work?

We create the agency account with you after the demo. There is no public signup that starts a subscription on its own. Setup can include the first client sites, logo, theme, and domain.

Which integrations are included?

Contact forms on client sites create CRM contacts. Client sites can use their own domain, logo, and theme. Voice calling and WhatsApp are separate addons, turned on only when you want them, and priced by usage. We do not include a lead-scraping pool as part of this offer.

How do cancellation and refunds work?

Cancellation is handled with our team. We confirm the end date in writing.

Are there usage fees?

Commercial terms are a percentage commission. The percentage is agreed in discussion. Voice calls and WhatsApp messages are usage priced when those addons are enabled.

How do we get support?

Send the demo form on this page, or use the contact page. We reply to the work email you give us. Support hours are agreed when the account is set up, not listed as a 24-hour desk here.
