This Privacy Policy describes how Propnal (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you use www.propnal.com, our real-estate portals (including /realestate/pnu), and related Facebook / Meta Lead Ads forms.

- Lead form answers submitted through Meta Instant Forms

- To sync Meta Lead Ads submissions into our North Goa / Propnal enquiry tools

3. Facebook / Meta Lead Ads
When you submit a Facebook or Instagram lead form linked to Propnal, Meta shares the form fields you provided with us through Meta’s Lead Ads API and webhooks. We store that lead as an enquiry and may contact you by phone, email, or WhatsApp.
4. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:
- Meta Platforms (to receive and verify lead webhooks)
- Hosting, email, and SMS providers that process data on our behalf
- Internal staff and authorised partners who handle your enquiry

6. Data Retention
We retain enquiry and lead data for as long as needed to handle your request and our legitimate business records, unless you ask us to delete it sooner where the law allows.
