Data Deletion Instructions

Propnal stores personal information that you submit through our websites and through Facebook / Instagram Lead Ads Instant Forms (for example name, email, phone number, and form answers). That data is used to follow up on your enquiry.
How to request deletion
- Email patelradheshyam@gmail.com from the same email address you used on the form when possible.
- Use the subject line: Data deletion request.
- Include your full name, phone number, and any other detail that helps us find your record (for example the property or page you enquired about).
What we delete
After we verify the request, we delete or anonymise matching enquiry / lead records held in Propnal systems, including leads imported from Meta Lead Ads, unless we must retain a limited record to comply with law.
Timing
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.
Meta / Facebook
Deleting data from Propnal does not automatically delete your Facebook or Instagram account data. Use Meta’s own settings and tools for that.
