How long until we have something customers can pay for?

Six to eight weeks for a working vertical slice: signup, payment and the one action your product exists to do. We stop there deliberately and price the rest of the build once both sides know what it actually is.

Database per tenant, or shared schema?

It depends on tenant count, data volume and whether any customer will contractually demand isolation. We run both patterns in production and will walk you through the trade-off with real numbers rather than a preference.

Should we build on your platform or from scratch?

If your product overlaps what our platform already does — websites, CRM, WhatsApp, industry verticals — building on it can save months. If it does not, we build from scratch and say so. We have no commercial reason to push you onto the platform.

Do you handle billing and GST invoicing for Indian customers?

Yes. Razorpay and UPI for domestic collection, Stripe where you sell abroad, plus GST-compliant invoices, mid-cycle plan changes and dunning — the parts most first builds get wrong.

You do, on your own repository and cloud account from the first commit. If you later want a different team to take over, that should be a business decision, not a technical hostage situation.
